EyeSee is continuing expansion in APAC by appointing two versatile experts to the Singapore team. This is to support the increased research demand and hunger for behavioral tests across the industry. The company welcomes Usha Rani Balakrishnan and Jenny Armshaw-Heak who will be working closely with and supporting clients from the media, FMCG, healthcare, and other industries.
Usha was born and bred in Singapore and has a rich background in advertising and media intelligence with a significant portion of her career spent in Isentia and a more recent experience at NIQ. Working in advertising for two decades, she has a wealth of experience under her belt, especially with her roles on the media side and as a brand strategist. Moving to a media intelligence industry like Isentia provided Usha with a different perspective on the industry, focusing on data and insights, which led her to EyeSee.
She describes herself as a fun-loving person who enjoys embracing the rhythm of life, so feel free to dance into her LinkedIn page and connect.
Jenny is both a citizen of Ireland and the UK, but she’s called Singapore home since 2010.
At the start of her career, she worked in research in Millward Brown, the NYT and Kantar. Upon moving to Hong Kong, she switched to frontline sales, building a custom research business for Ipsos Media in HK from scratch. Later she set up her own boutique agency providing sales representation to research startups such as GWI (working with the founder to help them break into Asia) and Decision Fuel (subsequently acquired by YouGov). She then joined YouGov full-time to grow the business across Client Service, Partnerships, and New Business roles.
She describes herself as a busy working mom, prioritizing authenticity and joy in all areas of life, especially through travel. That is why you should add her to your LinkedIn contacts; you never know when your paths will cross.
